Welcome to Summit Christian Academy's Online Application System! 

When you are ready to submit an application, a non-refundable $130 Application Fee must be submitted (by credit card) with it.

Important Notes Before You Proceed:

  • If your child has an IEP, 504 or other documented plan or undocumented condition, including autism, please contact Mrs. Susan Hardison, Director of Educational Enrichment, to discuss our ability to meet your child's needs (757/867-7005 or shardison@scaschools.org).
  • Summit Christian Academy operates in a strong partnership with the Christian family and the local church.  Acceptance requires at least one parent (and the student in 7th-12th grade) to express a clear testimony of Christian faith and be known and active in a Biblically based, local Christian church.  A Pastor's Family Recommendation and parent interview are required in the application process.

Creating an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, click on Create an Account.  Now, log into your account and create a New Student Application for each child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application(s).

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your application status by logging into your account. There, you will be able to print completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.
